    Not my first rodeo!

    I love the reflective leash by Max and Neo! I had had the 6’ leashes previously, tried the 4’. Like the 6’ better for my two pups. We walk before sun up everyday, so their well-being is important. I wear a reflective vest, their winter coats are reflective, the leash just adds to their safety/visibility. The leashes I replaced had a hearty 5-6000 miles on them!! Yes, they were that old!! (BTW-morning walks are THE best!!)

    Disappointed with the change to 1inch width

    Have been using this brand for 5 years and have loved the quality despite the weekly machine washing of collar and leash. But I am disappointed that the leash width has been changed to 1inch which is too wide for handling comfort and use on medium size dog. And the collar width at 1 inch is so heavy and thick on my dog. Hope you will bring back the options of the smaller width collars and leash

    The leash is perfect

    I bought this leash about 6 months ago and am 100% satisfied with it. it still shows zero signs of wear—despite it being used in all types of weather (rain, snow) and with my large, somewhat reactive dog, who occasionally will lunge and pull. I note that the reflective stitching makes a real difference. This is important to me because my neighborhood is pitch black at night. Finally, the leash goes through the wash perfectly. This is my second Max&Neo leash, BTW. I think it says a lot to be a repeat customer and give this product and the company my highest recommendation.

    new leash on life

    Just got a new puppy from the Humane Society who told me about Max and Neo company. Ordered a red martingale collar and 6 foot leash. Had only used martingale collars on my greyhounds previously, so was surprised and delighted to find one for my terrier/beagle mix. And it has a buckle closure!
