The Rescue Dog of the Week is Cooper from Officially Res-Q-Pets! Cooper is the founder's dog and a superb model for Max & Neo gear, but we want to highlight this rescue for the great work they do to help hundreds of small dogs like Cooper in the northeastern US find homes.
